Your data, and how we handle it

OthZen AI is run by OthTech Solutions, 3rd Floor, Building No - 65B, Lane - 3, Devraj Path, Dwarkarpuri Nagar, Hajipur, Bihar 844103, India. In this policy “we” and “us” mean OthTech Solutions. It covers this website (ai.othtech.com) and the OthZen chat wherever it appears.

• Your chat. The questions you type and OthZen's answers. On public websites they are stored without your name or IP address.
• What you send us. If you use the contact form or the chat's contact flow: your name, email, phone, company, city and message.
• Visit statistics, with your consent. Pages viewed and buttons clicked, through Google Analytics, only if you allow it in the cookie notice.
• Technical logs. Our servers keep short-lived logs of requests (time, address, browser) to keep the service running and stop abuse.

• to review weak answers and improve OthZen;
• to keep the service secure and stop misuse, such as automated flooding.

We don't sell your data, and we don't use it for advertising.

Only the providers that help us run OthZen, and only what each one needs:

• AI model providers (Google Gemini, with Groq or OpenRouter as a backup): your question and the facts needed to answer it.
• Cloud hosting: everything above, stored and served on our behalf.
• Email delivery: your address and the confirmation email, when you send an enquiry.
• Google Analytics: visit statistics, only with your consent.

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

When OthZen runs inside an OthTech product, it reads that business's records with the signed-in person's own access, and the product's own privacy policy also applies. Those records stay the business's, and OthZen only uses them to answer the person asking.

This site uses your browser's storage to remember your cookie choice and the campaign you arrived from. Analytics cookies are set only if you allow them. See the Cookie Policy.

Enquiries are kept while we are in touch with you and for as long as we need them for our records. Chats are kept while they help us improve OthZen. Server logs are kept only for a short time. You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you;
• correct or complete it;
• delete it, unless we must keep it by law;
• withdraw a consent you gave, such as for analytics;
• hear and resolve a grievance about how your data is handled.

OthZen is for businesses and their customers. It isn't meant for children under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data.

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. Significant changes are also noted on our What's new page.

Questions, requests and complaints about privacy go to our grievance officer:

We reply within 7 days and aim to resolve every grievance within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can take your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India.
